- Second bedroom (added by building work) with 2 single beds. To access the second bedroom you must enter from the terrace or the bathroom.

- Bathroom with shower. The indoor shower is located in the sleeping area (check photos if in doubt).

- Spectacular terrace with sea views and a second outdoor shower with hot water.




- No group bookings accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.


- Pets are not allowed

- Outdoor parking space. On request and with supplement.

- Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children.

- 1 split air conditioning in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.

- The lift does not reach the floor. You have to walk up the stairs to the top floor.

- Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation. The keys can be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is compulsory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this respect.

Across the road you will find the Pinar de Perruquet Park. During the summer, family shows, summer cinema and havaneres concerts are organised here. This 2.5-hectare urban park in front of La Pineda beach. It is an ideal place to enjoy the landscape and nature in a privileged location, right on the seafront. There are centenary pine trees with curious shapes, the result of the force of nature, together with an artificial pergola that imitates the shapes and sinuous movement when the winds blow from the sea.


It is ideal to stroll under the imposing pine forest and let yourself be carried away by the sea breeze while the little ones have fun soaking in the pond or swinging on the various playgrounds.
