Directly opposite the Pinar del Perruquet park.
Surrounded by all kinds of services, restaurants, and just a stone's throw from Aquopolis Costa Daurada.
You won't need the car for anything. LAYOUT - Living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. - Master bedroom with a double bed. - Second bedroom (added through renovation) with 2 single beds.
To access the second bedroom, you must enter from the terrace or through the bathroom. - Bathroom with a shower.
The indoor shower is located in the bedroom area (please check the photos if you have any doubts). - Spectacular terrace with sea views and a second outdoor shower with hot water. HIGHLIGHTS - The elevator does not go all the way to the floor.
You need to walk up to the top floor via the stairs. - Group bookings are not accepted.

La terrasse et la proximité de la mer et des commerces
Nous avions réservé avec une place de parking qui n’a jamais été disponible de tout notre séjour (3 semaines )
Le toilette mal fixé au sol
La poignée de la porte d’entrée intérieure qui ne tient pas
La climatisation de la petite chambre qui coule

The terrace with the lovely view
That we had to pay extra for the parking space(which belonged to the building) and for the wifi.
