Het huis is echt heel mooi. Het is een oud huis wat gemoderniseerd is met behoud van de oude elementen, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Het dorpje Garriguella is niet heel bruisend, maar beschikt wel over alle essentiele voorzieningen (hele goede slager, supermarktje en wat restaurantjes). Bovendien is het maar 15 min rijden naar leuke badplaatsen zoals Roses of Empuriabrava.
Er is wat weinig kastruimte om kleding op te bergen voor een verblijf met 8 volwassenen.
