Roomy apartment of 90 sqm can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access). The property is located in a quiet area just outside the center of Siena (4 km) with bus stop under the house.

The accommodation consists of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with double sofa bed, mezzanine relaxation area with fifth bed, bathroom and private garden with shared barbecue area.


The accommodation of 90 sqm is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (stairs to access). ATTENTION inside the apartment there are stairs. Please pay special attention if you are travelling with children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.

We suggest you visit Piazza del Campo, considered one of the most beautiful in the world and home to the famous Palio which is held twice a year; the extraordinary Duomo with the Baptistery; the Palazzo Pubblico; the extraordinary Torre del Mangia, from which it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view of the city; the Pinacoteca Nazionale, an extraordinary art gallery.

In the surroundings of Siena, it is worth getting lost in the areas of Chianti, Val D’Elsa and Crete Senesi, between gastronomic delicacies and wonderful landscapes.
