On the ground floor: a living room with a lounge area furnished with a small sofa and a wood-burning stove, and a fitted kitchen accessible via a few steps from the living room, opening onto the garden and terrace.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor, accessible via a somewhat steep staircase (stair gate available if needed): a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), a child's bed (160x70 cm) suitable for a child up to 10 years old, and a washroom with toilet.
A washing machine is available in the small outdoor chalet.
Free and easy parking is available nearby on the street. Located on a quiet street, 2.5 km from the sea, in the heart of the village of Saint-Coulomb, this small holiday home invites you to relax.
You can enjoy its private terrace and enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Nearby, you'll find easy access to shops: a butcher, a bakery, a small grocery store, and a bar. A short drive away, you can reach three beautiful beaches: Plage des Chevrets, Plage de la Touesse, and Plage du Guesclin.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille à Saint Coulomb. Idéalement situé entra St Malo et Cancale. Les plages sont belles et nombreuses.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie Hélène. La maison est très bien, le jardin et très joli, nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout était parfait !

Petite maison au calme, très bien située, avec petit jardin (idéal pour notre jeune chien) et abris de jardin permettant de ranger les choses encombrantes, tels que vélo, cannes à pêche, etc...Nous y retournerons !

Le point fort de ce gîte est le jardin et la terrasse dont nous avons pu profiter à souhait vu la belle semaine que nous avons eu ! Le gîte est agréable également,petite maison de vacances. Il fait un peu chaud à l’étage dans la chambre mais le quartier est très calme, donc nous avons pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! Propriétaires très arrangeants, merci beaucoup !
