The property shares a large swimming pool with a twin cottage, located 50 metres away to ensure privacy and tranquillity between guests. The pool area has a pergola, sunbeds and shaded areas to relax in the sun or read a book 📚☀️.



The 40 m² accommodation has two bedrooms -one with a double bed and one with two single beds-, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and more), and a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning only in this area. You will also find heat pump heating and fans to ensure your comfort at any time of the year. The 5 m² terrace and garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue invite you to enjoy alfresco meals in a natural environment 🌿🍽️.



The location is perfect for exploring the region: only 3 km from Monda and local supermarkets, 7 km from Coín, and less than 30 km from beaches such as Fuengirola and Marbella, as well as golf courses, nature and water parks. Ideal for families with children and lovers of rural tourism 🚗🏖️.
