The MEAN-MARTIN is located in a hamlet of 18 chalets.
This wooden chalet is situated 800m from the heart of the La Toussuire resort and all amenities, including the meeting points for the ski lessons of the youngest.
Reaching the resort will take 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car, but you can also take advantage of the free shuttle that passes every 20 minutes below the chalets.
Access to the Sybelles ski area is directly from the chalet via the Comborcière blue run (easily accessible for all levels).
The reception chalet located at the entrance of the hamlet is equipped with ski lockers secured by code, allowing you to store your skis and equipment safely.
The orientation of the MEAN-MARTIN allows for abundant natural light, and you will enjoy the view of the AIGUILLES D’ARVES thanks to the balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors.
For a warm atmosphere, ideal after a day of skiing, the chalet has underfloor heating and a pellet stove.
The chalet consists of a living area with a kitchen equipped with all necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, raclette set, pierrade set), while the living room offers a TV area.

L'emplacement est parfait, ski au pied, bel appartement.
La communication avec le hôte est très compliqué avant le séjour. Aucune réponse sur nos questions ni via WhatsApp ni vis sms. Après plusieurs coup de téléphone, nous avons eu qques réponses.
Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les appartements. La toilette n'est pas très fonctionnelle. Le lavabo de la sdb était bouché.
