In Marseillan, less than a kilometer from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² apartment with sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. The apartment is composed as follows - 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior: - A terrace of approx. 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Activities : - Running - Cycling - Jet skis - Water sports The apartment is ideally located in Marseillan, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's parking lot. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Adge train station (10 km) - Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport (20 km) Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

Emplacement du lieu parfait au bord de mer et un peu déporter de la ville.
Appartement tres bien équipé
Dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas propre. Couvert, verres, assiettes sales. Etandage collant. Poussière et saletés au sol et dans les placcards.
