It is furnished in a modern Alpine style and features a high-quality interior.


It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and bidet, and a lovely interior terrace without a view.


The kitchenette is well equipped and has a dishwasher, hob, fridge, coffee machine, dining table, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and much more.


The pretty little terrace does not offer a view, but you can relax peacefully in the open air.

You can freely use the washing machine located in the laundry room of the house.

Please note that this regulation is subject to control by the competent authority and violation of it results in very heavy fines. For this reason it will in no way be possible to make exceptions.

The Smidl flat is located in one of the most central areas of Ortisei in Val Gardena, 50 metres from the church. The ski lifts, such as the Seceda cable car and the Rasciesa funicular, are less than 200 metres away - perfect for those who want to go hiking in the mountains!


To the delight of your palate, you will already find the first typical restaurants, aperitif bars and grocery shops on the doorstep, where you can discover the best specialities of the area. To the delight of families and children, there is a public playground less than 100 metres away, and 20 metres from your holiday home, you can take wonderful flat walks, even with buggies, on the 'Luis Trenker' promenade.


The house offers two comfortable flats, one of which is partially renovated.


The owner, being a mountain guide, also offers guided mountain tours on request for a small extra charge.


You also have one parking space per flat at your disposal.

The Smidl holiday home is the place where you can feel at home during your mountain holiday in Ortisei, in the heart of the Gardena Dolomites.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 to 9:00 at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).

Not all houses allow pets. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra by credit card upon check-in.

The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).

The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.

If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.

The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
