Wonderful rural house with swimming pool in Almogía.
This rural house is located in Almogía, about 35 minutes from the area of El Torcal de Antequera, surrounded by mountains and with many routes and trails. If you are a cycling lover you can enjoy quiet roads with many challenges. Please note that the water is not drinkable, so it is advisable to bring bottled water.

You should be aware that this is a rural property and is far from urban centres, the access to the plot is uphill and has a 100m dirt track. Once past the slope (which is cemented) the access is flat.
You can leave your vehicle inside the plot, from the moment you get out of the car you will see the outside barbecue and pool area, with outdoor furniture and beautiful views. You will enjoy a lot with your family of these spaces, watching the sunset, sunbathing, enjoying your holidays...
The orientation of the property makes you have sun almost all day long, enjoying beautiful sunsets with mountain views. From a terrace, also destined to have lunch or meet with the family, you will be able to enjoy these magical moments of the day. This terrace has access through a door to the living room of the accommodation, thus having two points of access to the rooms of the house.
The main entrance is through the parking area/outside, leading to a large kitchen, with furniture and decorated with traditional curtains, space to store your belongings in an orderly manner and enough kitchenware to prepare any kind of lunch.
A corridor gives access to the bedrooms, living room and bathroom.
The living room, with two comfortable sofas, is equipped with a fireplace, furniture for family lunches, and windows to the outside that will give much clarity to the room.
The bedrooms, which are three, are prepared to accommodate six people. All have windows to the outside, space to store your luggage in an orderly manner (the wardrobes are uncovered). Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, and the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with double bed.
In the corridor leading to the bedrooms there is a second bathroom with shower.
There is air-conditioning throughout the accommodation and internet connection.
