The house is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed. Our wooden holiday home is located behind the main house. The large east/south balcony 5.40m x 2.50m, with a view of our motorhome campsite, offers enough space to relax. You can open 2 large doors to the balcony. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. You will be woken by the sun in the morning. The house is bright and friendly. It has been tastefully furnished and has an extra bedroom with bunk beds.
The small bathroom, with a great shower and designer washbasin with waterfall tap, is fantastically beautiful.
A small kitchen with fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave and sink. Crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
Access to the house is via our large restaurant terrace. For short stays, please enquire about prices directly. You can bring your own bed linen/towels or rent them in the form of linen packs (approx. €21 per person). The beds would then be made upon arrival. The linen packs must be ordered separately. Payment is made on site.
The linen package must be cancelled at least 7 days before arrival, as our holiday home is always fully stocked. If the linen package is not cancelled, the full amount of the surcharge must be paid in cash at check-in. The linen package consists of 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 tea towel / dishcloth, 1 shower mat, 1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover and 1 fitted sheet.
In 2002 our family became the owners of Seeblick in Waldeck am Edersee. The house has been completely renovated and offers a great atmosphere directly on the Edersee. We are a small family-run house.

The location is unique on the lake.
We are centrally located on the lakeside promenade, between the valley station of the mountain railway to the castle and the Waldeck West landing stage.
A sailing and diving school is located in the immediate vicinity.
The Edersee cycle path leads directly past the house.
The entrance to the "Urwaldsteig" is approx. 100 m from the house.
A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The holiday home is not connected to the main business of Seeblick Ferien. It is a stand-alone house. The services of a guesthouse are not included here. At certain times, especially in the low season, there is no restaurant service.
The town of Waldeck charges a tourist tax of €1 per person, which must be paid in cash on check-in.
