Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specializing in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This cozy rural house in Coin is the ideal retreat for up to four people seeking a natural and tranquil environment, next to one of the province's main communication routes, the Ojén-Marbella road.
Perfect for travelers with an itinerary around Málaga, it is located just 3 km from the town of Monda and a 10-minute drive from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande. 🌿🚗 Built in a rustic style, this 70 m² house offers a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped American kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
The space is ideal for relaxing, watching television, or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace that heats the atmosphere in autumn and winter, adding a cozy touch. 🔥📺 The house has two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and access to the outside, and another with bunk beds and a single bed, both with ample space for luggage.
Additionally, it features a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for resting after a day of exploring the area. 🛏️🛁 The private outdoor space includes a covered family area and a fenced plot with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying with children or family.
It also offers outdoor parking and amenities such as an iron and hairdryer. 🚗🌳 📌 Important: This accommodation is designed for those who wish to completely disconnect. **It does not have internet connection or mobile data coverage**, making it the perfect place for a digital detox and to reconnect with nature and your loved ones. 🌿✨ The accommodation is located in a quiet rural area, very suitable for families and nature lovers, with easy access to multiple points of interest: golf courses, natural parks, beaches, water parks, and attractions in the province, such as the Refugio de Juanar (13 km), Fuengirola beach (28 km), Selwo Aventura in Estepona (42 km), and the María Zambrano AVE station in Málaga (42 km).
