This cosy rural house in Coin is the ideal retreat for up to four people looking for a natural and peaceful environment, next to one of the main communication routes of the province, the Ojén-Marbella road. Perfect for travellers on an itinerary around Málaga, it is just 3 km from the village of Monda and a 10-minute drive from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande. 🌿🚗




Built in a rustic style, this 70 m² property offers a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. The space is ideal for relaxing, watching TV or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace that warms the atmosphere in autumn and winter, providing a cosy touch. 🔥📺



The house has two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and access to the outside, and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed, both with space to store luggage comfortably. It also has a full bathroom with bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area. 🛏️🛁



The private setting includes a covered family outdoor space and a fenced plot with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying with children or family. Outdoor parking and amenities such as an iron and hairdryer are also available. 🚗🌳
