Appart joliment aménagé et décoré mais pas propre à l'arrivée /poussières sol et tapis , miettes dans le grille pain , pas de réserve de papier toilette. Et surtout clou dépassant du mur sur 1cm derrière la barre d'appui de l'escalier. ... De plus l'extérieur est très mal entretenu, des branches pas taillées gênent la montée de l'escalier d'entrée.

Jolie petite maison qui laisse apparaitre dés votre entrée quelques désagréments. Cette maison n'avait sans doute pas été ouverte depuis longtemps tellement l'odeur d'humidité et de renfermé était puissante et tenace.
Pas de chauffage à mon arrivée, il a fallut mettre en route la chaudière...
Maison qui doit pouvoir convenir l'été quand il fait beau mais pas en arrière saison ni en hiver.
