The Chevreuil gîte is adjoining the Cerf and Chamois gîtes and has a connecting door that can be opened on request with the Chamois n°G59012.
It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine (2x90x200).
For your exclusive use: 8m² balcony facing south with unobstructed view.
To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, tourist information, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam.
We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you.
Access ends with 500m unpaved.
For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility.
Please note: the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited to those under 18 years of age.

Un lieu magique quand on aime la nature et qu'on recherche le calme. Les équipements sont luxueux, le propriétaire charmant et aux petits soins. Le lieu est très bien placé pour se promener en forêt. Nous pensions trouver un coin sympa nous sommes arrivés dans un petit coin de paradis. Et la visite ...
