It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room 25m² with sofa bed for 2 people, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine intended to sleep 3 people (1x160x200 and 1x80x200 available as an extra bed).

For your exclusive use: balcony 16m² South-West exposure with unobstructed view.

To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam.

We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you.

Access to the gîtes ends with 500m unpaved.
