Communal areas: - A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security.

The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.
The town centre is accessible via the promenade.

Très bon emplacement. Au RDC en face de la piscine donc possibilité d’y aller directement par la porte fenêtre.
Jolie plage juste en traversant la route.
Lits confortables.
Globalement propre.
Traces d’humidité au plafond dans les chambre.
Kit ménage incomplet (un balais mais pas de pelle, inspirateur moisi à l’intérieur).
Pas d’alarme incendie

Les Thermes 408 "A nice apartment overall ,nice location, great spacing for a family of 4, well equipped and right next to the swimming pool.
It could have been a pleasant stay, IF the the bedrooms ceiling/windows didn't have mold plus ants especially in the bathroom. The mold was a big No for us ...
