Cozy studio of 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The property is located in the center, just a few steps from the famous Via Lagrange and Piazza San Carlo, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and its wonderful monuments. The accommodation is located in an enviable location, in an elegant area full of restaurants, bars, shops and many other services that will make your stay unforgettable.


The interior space is organized as follows

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, manual juicer, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), peninsula with stools, folding dining table, double sofa bed, TV 23", split A/C and access to the balcony;

- SLEEPING AREA loft with double bed and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with bath/shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a split in the living area and a split in the sleeping area), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.


PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor.

The sleeping area is a loft - a flight of stairs to access it.


The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Turin is a city of unique and unforgettable charm, a must-see destination in Northern Italy. From Duomo, you can reach Porta Palatina and San Domenico Church, and through Galleria Umberto I you'll find Piazza della Repubblica. Going north you will meet the Dora and the Moscow Bridge and then head for Balôn, which every Saturday becomes a colorful vintage market. Going southwards you'll arrive to Piazza Castello where you can admire the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Regio Theater. Not far from there, the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana, icon of the city. Last but not least, at the bottom of Via Po, the Church of the Great Mother of God.

A visit to the Langhe and the Roero is great chance to discover what they have to offer from the gastronomic, cultural and landscape point of view.


We are centrally located, close to Porta Nuova station (6 minutes on foot), in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city.

From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes and reach Porta Nuova station or take a taxi


The flat is located inside the ZTL: be careful if you are traveling by car.
