The house directly faces the Passeig del Mar in Platja d'Aró, in a pleasant and very quiet location, approximately 100 meters from the center of Platja d'Aró where you can find all kinds of restaurants, shops, and entertainment to enjoy a family vacation.
The Neoclassical-style house has been completely renovated with lots of charm and is surrounded by a pine grove. The house consists of three levels. On the ground floor, there is the daytime area where we find a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and the living-dining room with direct access to the spacious outdoor living area where we can relax in the fresh garden facing the Passeig del Mar. From the garden, we have access to a bathroom with a shower and the laundry area. The first floor features a master bedroom en-suite with a bathroom with a shower that opens to the garden of the property, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a trundle bed.
