With a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, every holiday here is a pleasure.
You can relax wonderfully with us! Stylish furnishings, wonderful natural light, and an optimal room layout with a living area, integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a shower room make the "O-Messe" holiday apartment your personal oasis of well-being! Enjoy a uniquely beautiful view of Sassnitz harbor and Binz Bay from the comfortable living area.
Thanks to the exceptionally wide window front, you have a dreamlike view from both the dining table and the reclining chairs! For convenient self-catering, the modern kitchenette is fully equipped – including a 2-ring hob, a small oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
Or you can indulge in culinary delights: you can reach excellent restaurants within walking distance, such as the "Gastmahl des Meeres" on the beach promenade, the Italian restaurant "Osteria La Torre" at the harbor, and "Die Brasserie" on the market square in Sassnitz old town (we recommend making a reservation for each). Two separate bedrooms offer you pleasant retreats.
One room is furnished with a double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2 m), and the other with two single beds (each 0.80 m x 2 m).
Your holiday wardrobe will find space in the spacious wardrobes. The stylish shower room with a high-quality design complements the living comfort. The apartment's technical equipment includes a TV, a CD player, and a radio; you also receive free Wi-Fi. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest! There is a private parking space for your car on the property.

A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the communal basement.

Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Die Lage ist super. Man hat einen wunder vollen Blick auf den Sassnitzer Hafen und die Ostsee.
Die Stühle am Esstisch haben sich in ihre Bestandteile aufgelöst. Man musste nach jeder Benutzung die kleinen Lederstückchen aufsaugen oder weg kehren. Da nützt es auch nichts, wenn man Sitzhussen drüber zieht. Bei so einer Austattung sollten ein paar neue Stühle schon drin sein.
