Welcome to this idyllic holiday home in Rivedoux-Plage, where you can relax and recharge your batteries! Imagine having breakfast in the soft morning breeze, taking a dip in the refreshing pool, soaking up the sun while reading a good book, then gathering around a delicious barbecue. This house is just perfect for that. It sleeps up to 10 people (max 6 adults) and its exterior is a haven of peace. With a surface area of 120 m², this tastefully furnished, light-filled house offers you all the comfort you need for a soothing stay. The fully equipped kitchen in the main house includes induction hobs, fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine (beans), toaster and juicer. You can enjoy your delicious meals on a large wooden table, ideal for socialising. The lounge is a cosy space where you can relax in front of your favourite TV series. The large windows overlooking the gardens give you a soothing view of the pool and allow you to enjoy a breeze of fresh air during your meals.
The night area comprises three bedrooms. The master suite overlooks the garden and has a private shower room and dressing room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (single upstairs and double 180 x 190 downstairs), while the third will delight children with its cabin bed (two single beds upstairs and a single bed downstairs). These last two bedrooms open onto another small garden, creating a peaceful space.
The house also includes a studio adjoining the main house (communicating). Here you will find a second kitchen equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. A double sofa-bed (160 cm) will give you plenty of peace and quiet. The studio also has a shower room with toilet and a private terrace.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the house has a heated swimming pool at 28 degrees (available from 15/05 to 30/09), a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, a high chair, a Bluetooth speaker and 4 parking spaces.
*As this house is a primary residence, be prepared for visits from Paoli, the cat who normally occupies the premises, even if he is temporarily staying with the neighbour. Don't be surprised if he comes to play the curious and say hello.
