The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned duplex in Cabriès, with a floor area of 44 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). We look forward to welcoming you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed - Bedroom 2: A bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Shared outdoor areas: - Leisure areas, including a children’s playground and pétanque courts. - A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September.
There are two pools: a paddling pool for the little ones and a large pool with varying depths.
Sun loungers are provided within the pool area The flat is ideally situated in Cabriès, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Vitrolles station (16 km) - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport (15 km) Other notes: - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking. - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate surcharge.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement était bien agencé et disposait de tout ce qu’il fallait. L’emplacement est idéal pour sillonner le secteur, la piscine et l’air de jeux est un plus quand on a des enfants.
Sylvie est très réactive et arrangeante.

c est dommage , ca aurait pu etre parfait, mais le mobilier merite d être renouvelé,

Logement situé dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme et équipé d’une piscine.
Une très belle vue sur la terrasse qui donne sur le golf.
Malgré tout au vu du prix de l’appartement, beaucoup trop de choses sont dégradées et donc inutilisables (ampoule manquante dans la lumière du salon , robinet sdb cassé, support de douche cassé, lattes manquantes sur canapé-lit,…)
