Het uitzicht over het Gardameer vanuit balkon/woonkamer was adembenemend.
De afwezigheid van airconditioning zorgde ervoor dat het in de woon- en slaapkamers erg warm was. Ook is de keuken wel erg klein. Tenslotte is de toegang tot de woning erg steil en niet bepaald geschikt voor ouderen.
Nur so lange schön, wie keine Nachbarn eingezogen waren
