Villa Aspasie: Heated Pool, 5 Bedrooms, 600m from the Beach – Lacanau Océan
This beautiful villa with a heated pool, WIFI, and five bedrooms is located in a sought-after residential area of Lacanau Océan, just 600 meters from the beach and very close to cycling paths.
Shops are about 500 meters away, while Lacanau Lake is 5 km away, offering an ideal setting for a holiday combining ocean, forest, and relaxation. The house opens into a spacious, bright, and welcoming living area, furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV stand, television, sideboard, and a dining area with a table and chairs.
This large living space is perfectly suited for family or friends' getaways. The separate, modern, and fully equipped kitchen features a high table with stools, a sink, ceramic hob, American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ample storage cupboards, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
An adjoining pantry is equipped with a washing machine. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, offering excellent comfort.
Two bedrooms each have a 180 cm double bed, one of which has an en-suite shower room with a toilet.
A third bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm single beds.
A fourth bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed and also benefits from a shower room with a toilet.
The fifth bedroom, located in a closed mezzanine, is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe, ideal for children or teenagers. The villa includes a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, as well as a separate toilet, providing additional comfort for stays with multiple occupants. A conservatory furnished with a sofa offers an additional relaxation area, while the outdoor spaces are perfect for al fresco living.
The large south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a table and chairs, a pergola, and a plancha grill, is perfect for sharing summer meals. The heated 5 x 10 meter swimming pool, secured by an alarm, has an outdoor shower and is harmoniously integrated into the enclosed garden.
A carport allows for easy parking of vehicles. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as optional extras, with prices available upon request. This accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
