Discover the town centre with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This flat can accommodate up to 5 people.
The first 2 bedrooms have large 160x200 beds, one has two single beds side by side and the third has a single bed.
The flat is equipped with a television, wifi, and all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay such as a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), a filter coffee machine and a raclette/pierrade machine...
The master bedroom has a shower room with shower and WC.
A second bathroom with separate WC is shared by the other 2 bedrooms.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Bicycles can be hired nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).
🅿️ Parking is available in the neighbouring streets (charged for during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays). 3 bicycle spaces are available in the inner courtyard, which is closed by a door.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestling on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
