The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The 216 m² accommodation, very bright and cosy, is distributed over 2 floors with very spacious rooms.

On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa for relaxing, flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. There is also a dining room with plenty of light and a large table for dining together. From the dining room there is also access to the independent kitchen which is fully equipped with induction cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates and bowls. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower.

From the kitchen there is access to the wonderful and spacious 95 m² terrace, where you will find the swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs and the barbecue area. The second covered terrace of 14 m² is accessed from the living room. Here you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs and views of the mountains and the garden with fruit trees.

On the first floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one with Queen Size bed and one with King Size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and 2 spacious terraces with incredible views to the Golf Club and the mountain.

The situation of the villa is ideal in a dead end street and located in the neighbourhood of La Sella, a quiet and sunny residential area, 7 km from the rocky beach "Playa de la Escollera", 3 km from the Golf Club La Sella and 4.7 km from the village of Pedreguer, where you will find all the services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
