This magnificent 2P apartment of 49 m2 is located in the Grand Palais residence, on the 7th floor with lift and air conditioning.

The flat, decorated with quality and tasteful materials, is fully equipped to allow you to stay in complete tranquillity.

It comprises: A beautiful living/dining room with sofa bed and an open, fully-equipped kitchen (WARNING, the oven shown in the photos is merely decorative, it does not work, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave grill), a bedroom with wardrobes, a shower room and separate toilet.

The balcony and its superb panoramic sea view await you to enjoy the Côte d'Azur.

The entire flat is accessible to you in order to make the most of your stay here.


HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes post-stay cleaning as well as the hire of bed and bath linen by a professional laundry which we also offer.

One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel, etc.


PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)


Here are the steps that our service providers follow during cleaning
-Airing the rooms.

-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables, etc.).

-Bed linen and bath towels washed at high temperature by a professional laundry

## Neighborhood

The Grand Palais is a magnificent building, recognized is just across the harbor from Golfe Juan.

The souvenir shops, the beaches of course, the lovely walks along the harbour.

There is something for everyone, visual and for those who like a good meal or just a stroll....

You will find many English bars/pubs all around the harbour and many restaurants...


Juan les pins is a 5 min drive away.

Cannes is 15 min away.

Nice is 25 min away.

For Monaco and the Italian border, allow 1 hour by motorway.

There are several car parks around for parking. You can download the OPnGO app to book your parking easily
