This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the ground floor of a newly converted office building, in the centre of Ipswich Town, right in the heart of the business district, a very short walk to the shops and restaurants, and just a 10 minute stroll to the popular waterfront area.
** Minimum age for children is 8 years old. Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Additional security deposit applies.**
The apartment is modern yet homely, being decorated and furnished to a very comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and heated airer, toaster, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.
PLEASE NOTE: There is also only a street-view from the lounge window, the bedrooms overlook the rear of commercial buildings, and there is no external window in the bathroom. Due to the town centre location, it's possible you may experience some street noise from the lounge, the bedrooms are towards the rear of the building. There is no parking allocated to this apartment.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The living room has a three-seater sofa, a further armchair, coffee table, a standard lamp, and a Smart 42" TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size (5ft) bed, wardrobe with hangers, plus bedside tables with lamps. There is also a small desk and chair. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with hangers, plus beside tables with lamps.
The bathroom has a bath with shower-over-bath and curtain, along with toilet and basin. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.
