Casa Granata is an ideal holiday home for couples and small families on the untouched steep coast between Pisciotta and Ascea.
It is a perfect accommodation for both active and beach holidays. In a rambling olive grove, which slopes towards the sea, lies the hamlet of Acqua Bianca with its handful of houses. On a ca. 2,000 m² property and only 30 m from the steep coast, the small, cozy holiday home Casa Granata, which is named for the pomegranate tree next to the terrace, combines the charms of the Cilento: the sea and the mountains.
It is easy to unwind and set your mind free, while your gaze roams over the wide open sea. The ground floor of the holiday home includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living kitchen, which is equipped with a sofa, dining area, and TV, and a bathroom.
In the attic room, accessible via an external staircase, there is another bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. From the living kitchen, you have access to the approximately 20 m² covered terrace with round arches.
Here you can fully enjoy the scenic idyll. You can park your car on the property directly at the house. Important note: Please do not let your children play unattended on the steep coast.
The steep coast in front of the house does not offer access to the sea! The center of Marina di Pisciotta with a grocery store, bar, and restaurants is approx. 1.5 km away.
You can reach it on foot along the road. WIFI - please note: WIFI available, but not suitable for SmartWorking/telework or the like. Deposit: € 200 - to be paid in cash upon arrival. Visitor’s tax – due on site: € 0.50 /pers. per day in June & September; € 1 /pers. per day in July; € 2 /pers. per day in August; charged as of age 16 and for max. 10 nights (no responsibility taken). Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert, aber Vito, der neue Verwalter hat spontan einen Ventilator gebracht.
Fliegengitter im Bad und Schlafzimmerfenster fehlten.
Außenanlage könnte bessere Pflege gebrauchen, da der Ausblick zum Meer sehr eingeschränkt war.
Aber alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Der Verwalterwechsel hat sich wohl bemerkbar gemacht, aber wir sind zurecht gekommen.
Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Man könnte von der Straßenseite einen Hinweis (Hausnr., Name des Hauses) geben, da es leicht zu übersehen ist.

Außenbereich verbesserugswürdig, die von uns im letztes Jahr gekauften Srandstühle waren in Mobiliar verschwunden und wurden wiederbeschafft und wieder dem Hausrat überlassen
