On the heights of the village, detached house set in 2300 m² of private, wooded garden in a small, quiet area. Covered shed for a car or motorbike. Access by a few steps to the private wooden terrace with all garden furniture. Gîte on 2 levels. Ground floor: living room with flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove and kitchen. Relaxation area with books and board games. Separate toilet with washbasin. Access to the cellar via 3 steps for storage of fishing, skiing or cycling equipment. On the 1st floor, with a slightly steep staircase, bedroom 1 (1 double bed), attic bedroom 2 (1 double bed) and attic bedroom 3 (2 single beds). Shower room/wc. Sheets and towels can be hired. End-of-stay cleaning on request. Electric heating. Charges not included. In the Upper Verdon Valley, a stone's throw from the Mercantour National Park. Villars Colmars 1 km: several shops, fishing, tennis. Numerous walks on site. Colmars-les-Alpes 3.5 km: classified Village et Cité de Caractère, all shops, Vauban ramparts, Savoy fort, swimming pool. Allos 10 km: skiing, lake, leisure centre. Lac de Castillon 28 km: swimming, fishing, water sports.

Beau gite très bien équipé et au calme.Propriétaire très accueillante et à l'écoute.Proximité avec le beau village de Colmars (à 5 minutes en voiture) avec commerces (très bonne boulangerie et boucherie) et marchéPrévoir un peu plus de voiture pour les départs de randonnées mais cela vaut le coup sans aucun doute !

superbe localisation pour profiter d'un maimum d'activités au alentours : ski alpin, de fond , ballades en raquettes, découvertes des artisans et de la culture locale : une très belle semaine!!!

Un joli chalet bien situé, au calme tout en étant à 5 minutes de Colmars.Accueil très sympa de la propriétaire.Comme annoncé l'escalier est (un peu) raide, à noter qu'il y a une barrière pour les enfants.Une douche un peu plus pratique et de meilleurs éclairages dans la sdb et la cuisine et ce sera parfait mais c'est déjà un gîte très agréable avec un superbe extérieur.
