Perfecte woning en tuin voor een hond
Voor twee volwassenen perfect, en kinderen ook. Maar meer dan twee volwassenen wordt moeilijk of minder conformtabel.

Appartement nécessite un gros rafraichissement.Manque d'éclairages, de propreté. Le garage fermé ( adapté aux petits véhicules) mériterait d'être nettoyé et la fermeture revue. Pas d'internet ( gratuit) et TNT capricieuse. Attention 2 étages sans ascenseur. Heureusement que l'emplacement est incroyable avec accès direct plage et que l'équipe Interhomme Pornic est au top!

peut etre aussi trop encombré 'tiroirs plein - babioles en tout genre en sur nombre - meuble d'une ancienne génération peu pratique
électricité a revoir
malgrés tout c'est une résidence agréable
