We are offering this charming air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Brignoles. It has a surface area of 243 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of approximately 10,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Two bathrooms with bathtub and toilet
On the 1st floor
- Bedroom 3: A king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: A king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (12 m x 5 m x 2 m) open from April to October with cover and alarm
- A beautiful 10,000 m² enclosed garden, south-facing
- A 150 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A balcony connecting to the two bedrooms upstairs
The house is ideally located in Brignoles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities
- The sea is located 45 minutes by car
- Saint-Tropez at 45 minutes by car
- The Gorges du Verdon nearby
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to 10 cars.
Regarding other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gare SNCF Toulon at 49.3 km (about 56 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport 49.1 km (about 55 minutes by car)
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included
- Free WiFi available (optical fiber)
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the household appliances after use.
