It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 90 m² garden.

The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 45 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining table... - Laundry room with washing machine - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) with double sofa bed - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful 90 m² south-facing garden, enclosed and not shared, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A 15 m² concrete terrace The house is ideally located in Peschadoires, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a "lieu dit" with very little traffic.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities : - Hiking right outside the house - Iloa lake 5km away (pedestrian access) - children's playground and municipal swimming pool - Thiers medieval town (cutlery capital) 8 km away: cutlery museum / Vallée des Usines (factory valley) - Bowling - laser game - Saint Rémy sur Durolle lake 10 km away - Lac d'Aubusson D'Auvergne 20 km (pedal-boat hire - tree climbing) - Lezoux: étang de l'île: 7km (accrobranche) - Musée départemental de la céramique (ceramics museum) - And many castles - 30 min drive from Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy Transport links - Free parking close to the house.

Super gîte pour passer le week-end en famille 👍
Nous sommes arrivés à 7, une chambre par couple. Belle expérience juste à côté de Thiers, tout le confort d'une grande maison suffisamment spacieuse (grand salon, grande cuisine, 2 WC,, 2 douches, petite terrasse...). A choisir sans hesiter !
