The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140m wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with an additional lawn area. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 74cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide.
