This charming holiday cottage in Cártama is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, offering defined spaces to enjoy with the family with a neat decoration and centralised air conditioning for your comfort. Its large swimming pool with artificial grass, sunbeds and fixed sunshades invites you to relax and have fun, including a slide for children over 10 years old that guarantees moments of entertainment. Access to the pool is from the outside, through the front door to the rear, maintaining the privacy and security of the accommodation.



The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the Cártama-Campillos motorway, providing easy access to Malaga, Antequera, Torremolinos and other parts of the province. The access road includes a small unpaved section. On arrival, you will have covered parking with shade and an illuminated garden area that leads to a pergola with barbecue to prepare meals outdoors; the wood oven that you can see in the photos is not enabled for use. In addition, next to the barbecue there is outdoor furniture to enjoy shaded lunches, with night lighting and a direct view of the children's area, ideal for controlling the little ones with ease.



The interior offers a spacious and bright living/dining room, perfect for family gatherings, with a fireplace for the colder seasons and television for entertainment. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and more, as well as a complete kitchenware and resin table, ideal for outdoor use or for children.



The three bedrooms have exterior windows, sufficient storage and centralised air conditioning (single system for the entire accommodation). Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a triple bunk bed, with a double bed in the lower part and a single bed in the upper part, accessible and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower and is located in the common area for easy access.



The cottage has free wifi and is tastefully furnished in its 90 m², with mountain and garden views. Perfect for families looking to unwind in a rural setting with all modern comforts. Amenities include central heating, mosquito nets in all rooms, secure children's play area and private swimming pool.



The location is 2 km from Cártama, local supermarkets and restaurants, and a short drive from golf courses, sandy and rocky beaches, water parks, train and bus stations, Malaga airport and tourist attractions such as Marbella, Fuengirola and the Caminito del Rey.
