Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a toilet, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with two 80x200cm beds that can be joined upon prior request), a shower room, a separate toilet, a games room, and a garage with a laundry area.
Upstairs: one bedroom (two 80x200cm beds that can be joined upon prior request) and its own private bathroom with a washbasin, bathtub, and toilet.
Outside: a private enclosed courtyard of 84m² at the front (terrace and artificial turf with a private hot tub).
Private parking space at the foot of the property, either in front or inside the garage.
This holiday rental is located near two other holiday rentals (22G351053 sleeps 6 and 22G351052 sleeps 4).
Shared facilities: 800 m² communal lawn garden with games for young and old (ping-pong table, boules court, badminton equipment), as well as an enclosure with small goats and a storage room (useful for your bikes).

Le gîte est très agréable avec 2 chambres de plain pied. Il est grand, nous avons aussi profité du baby foot et du jaccuzi(oui même en décembre).Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.Merci pour la décoration de Noël !

L'hébergement est situé dans un environnement très paisible, à deux pas de la mer. Il est très confortable, bien équipé, spacieux, l'espace extérieur est très plaisant. L'accueil des propriétaires est de qualité. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille.
