This 60 m² bungalow with sea view, less than 100 meters from the beach, is available to rent in the commune of Lumio.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 adults and 4 kids.
It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m².
The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double etc. - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeps for kids) - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A shower room with shower and WC - A shower room with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A lovely 100 m² private garden - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Boat hire, scuba diving, hiking....
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby in the residence car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you : - Nearest train station : Calvi train station 9.3 km away (about 12 minutes by car) - Nearest airport : Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport, 8.8 km (about 10 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The bungalow is semi-detached on one side only and not overlooked. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).

Emplacement extra très proche de la mer et très calme
Location propre mais aurai besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation fuite au niveau du puit de lumière en cas de fort orage sinon tout était top

U Prato "Geräumiger Bungalow direkt an einem sehr schönen Strand (2min)
Alles da was man braucht und was defekt war wurde sofort behoben.
Etwas renovierungsbedürftig auch wenn schon einiges gemacht wurde.
Wir würden wieder kommen"

U Prato "Ja, das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber es hat Charme. Zu Fuß 2min zum Strand, unschlagbar!
