In Mallemort, in a Provencal village between Aix-en-Provence and Avignon, we offer this charming 35 m² apartment with mountain views and shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a 14 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom (accessible via a sliding door from the living room) with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Common area :
- A shared 10 m X 15 m swimming pool with a 90 cm deep section and a 160 cm section (heated and fenced) open from April to October, accessible with a key, from 9am to 8pm.
Non-contractual opening dates, subject to change by the residence.
Outside :
- The Pont Royal estate extends over 180 hectares (not enclosed and shared), accessible from the living room and bedroom.
- A south-west-facing terrace (approx. 15 m²) with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is just a few steps from the market square, where most of the activity takes place. You'll find shops (grocery, bakery, newspaper), restaurants and bars. During the summer vacations, a food and souvenir market is held several times a week. An 8-minute drive away, you'll find all the essential shops (Picard, Grand Frais, Intermarché...)
Activities :
- Walking, mountain biking, swimming pool, sea (1h drive), climbing, canoeing, Golf (course on the estate)
Nearby events :
- Festival d'Avignon, Festival Jazz la Roque d'Anthéron, entertainment on the estate...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private covered parking lot under the market square at reception, with a numbered space for one vehicle. Park-and-ride facilities 50 m away and free public parking 500 m away.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Avignon station 46.6 km away (about 47 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Avignon airport 39 km away (about 33 minutes by car).
