  The cleaning supplement will be charged as an additional cost on top of the total amount shown on the booking.This fantastic accommodation is a loft studio, recently renovated, with a fully equipped living - dining room, 47" flat screen TV (national and international channels) and a 2-seater sofa bed. The living room has direct sea views through a large window. You can also admire the sea and the activity of the San Telmo promenade from its small balcony. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, adjoining the living room. To highlight the curious decorative element, which is the safe built into the wall next to the bed. Another original space to store some of our personal belongings (the box is simply decorative and not functional). The studio has a small balcony next to the living room, with direct views of the sea and the activity of the San Telmo promenade. In the surroundings there is a great offer of leisure and restaurants. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city. At about 100 meters there is a covered paid parking, and a little further (next to the fishing pier) there is an esplanade where you can park for free.
