Welcome to our exclusive apartment, ready to provide you with the perfect holiday. This year the apartment has undergone a partial renovation, so you will find a modern and freshly equipped space. The furniture is brand new and the interior has been designed by a professional designer.

The apartment, about 40m2, is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, moka pot and frenchpress, so you can enjoy delicious coffee right in your cozy home. The kitchen also includes a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. With fast WiFi internet, you'll be able to easily connect to the internet and stay in touch with friends and family. You'll find a 43-inch LG television in the living room, while the bedroom features a 32-inch LG television. Both TVs are equipped with Netflix and other apps so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The suite is equipped with a travel cot and mattresses. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a washing machine, a hairdryer and you will find toiletries such as soap, shower gel and shampoo.

For guests' comfort, the apartment has air conditioning with heating to ensure a comfortable climate throughout the year. A few steps take you to the terrace, about 30 m2, where you can relax at the large table with umbrella and comfortable seating. From 1 May to 15 October there is also a private jacuzzi, which will bring you refreshment and relaxation in the bubbles. There is an electric grill on the terrace for preparing your favourite meals.

There are several restaurants close to the apartment where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, giving you easy access to the sea and marine delights. Our location is particularly special because of the beautiful Vera beach, which is just a short walk away. This beach is famous for its endless 6 km of fine sand and crystal clear water, inviting you to enjoy fresh baths and water sports. Vera beach has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for its excellent quality and top-notch service. Count on every moment spent here to be an unforgettable experience. Towels and bath towels, a beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided for your use.

To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we also offer a large, free and private parking space in our covered car park so you don't have to worry about finding a space for your vehicle.

For your comfort and the comfort of your guests, there is a comfortable 140x190cm double sofa - bed in the living room, which will provide plenty of space for everyone.

1. Accommodation designed for families or couples throughout the year.

2. Parties such as hen parties etc. are not allowed

3. A night-time quiet period from 00.30 to 9.30.

4. Pets are not allowed regardless of size.

5. NON-SMOKING apartment. The units have smoke detectors connected to wifi and self notification.

6. 2 night minimum stay.

7. Bed linen, towels, wifi, parking space, jacuzzi on the terrace at air temperature are included in the price.

8. Grill cleaning is not included. Grill must be cleaned and washed after use. If the grill is left dirty - charge of EUR 20

9. Maximum occupancy 4 persons + 1 baby

10. The water in the jacuzzi can be heated to 30 degrees Celsius from 1 May to 15 June and then from 15 September to 15 October. The request for heating the water must be made at the time of booking and will incur a one-off charge of 20EUR per booking week. The jacuzzi is not heated between 15 June and 15 September.

11. THE COMMUNITY POOL IS ONLY OPEN FROM 15 JUNE TO 15 SEPTEMBER. ALL OTHER DATES IS CLOSED.
