The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and pellet stove
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
The house is ideally located in Caunes-Minervois.
It has lovely views over the village and is in a quiet one-way street with no opposite neighbours.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, including the tourist office, bakery, chemist, doctor, Vival, bar/tobacco shop and numerous restaurants. What to do : Discover this magnificent Cathar village, famous for its red marble quarries and its Abbey. You can travel back in time to visit the remains of the Lastours castles, cycle along the Canal du Midi or admire the splendid caves at Cabrespine or Limousis. There are plenty of walks to be enjoyed by nature lovers. There's no shortage of outdoor activities in the region, including canoeing on the Aude, water-skiing on Lac de Carcassonne and even rock-climbing on the walls of the Minervois. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free opposite the accommodation or in the free Esplanade car park down the road on the left. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Carcassonne, about 20 km away - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac, 120 km away - Buses run to Carcassonne and Narbonne (Mediterranean Sea) Other comments: - The stove is functional, pellets are provided free of charge (October to April) - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - For relaxing moments, there are board games and books at your disposal (don't forget to put them back). - As regards the use of the bath, please do not use aggressive products such as hair dyes, and remember to rinse it when you get out of the bath. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Für Kurztrip ideal. Ansprechendes Badezimmer, 1. Stock gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Zentrale Lage, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Zahlabwickelung über anderes Portal. Nach Telefonischem Kontakt dann okay.
Küche im Erdgeschoss, nur 1 Fenster.
Keine Aufhängemöglichkeit von Kleider im Schlafzimmer 1. Stock.

manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'une vrai cafetière.
2 grandes chambre, mais une avec un velux sans rideau très désagréable le matin.
reste toutefois un très bon rapport qualité prix."

La Maison Occitane "En arribar, la casa estava freda. Gràcies que ens van deixar pel·lets per engegar l'estufa.
Pensavem que les macotes eren benvingudes però al llegir més atentament, posava que no podien pujar a les plantes superiors.
No hem tingut tracte personalment amb ningú. Sols instruccion...
