Cozy apartment of 40 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building without elevator. The accommodation is located in an area full of all services and boasts a wonderful view of the San Terenzo Beach. In about 4 minutes on foot you can reach Spiaggia della Marinella.

We are in the Traffic Restricted Area, it is not possibile to reach the accommodation by car. Private paid parking available.


The interior space is organized as follows

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table and sofa bed;

- BEDROOM with double bed, fancoil, chest of drawers and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a fancoil in the bedroom), portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.


PLEASE NOTE: Via Meneghetti 20 corresponds to the pedestrian alley to follow to reach the entrance of the building (left). There are about 15 steps.

We are in the ZTL area, you can not reach the accommodation by car. A private garage is available outside the structure for a fee (the daily rate is 40 euros per day)

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

We are in Lerici, very picturesque and strategic place which includes two national parks and a regional park – Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, 5 Terre Park, Montemarcello Park and the Magra River , a large territory, which goes from Liguria to Tuscany, including the realities of Lunigiana, Val di Vara, Garfagnana, and then Versilia, the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica itself, in its historical-cultural ties with the Italian peninsula . From here it is possible to reach the stop "Piazza Caduti del Lavoro" (2 minutes walk) and take the bus L to the stop "San Terenzo", 1 minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, we are in the Traffic Restricted Area, it is not possible to reach the accommodation by car. It is possible to park for a fee at the Parking La Vallata (NOT guaranteed).
