Casa Giulia, with two terraces and sea view, is located in a small olive grove above the sea on Marina di Camerota’s Monte di Luna.
The name Monte di Luna refers to and is derived from the moon-shaped rock formations of the steep coast of marine nature park Infreschi. HOLIDAY HOME WITH SEA VIEW FOR 5 PERSONS The renovated house includes a spacious living-dining room with SAT-TV and a sofa bed for two, a separate kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave), a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk bed and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet).
In the living-dining room, large, almost floor-to-ceiling windows not only let in a lot of light, they also offer a unique view as far as the Mediterranean Sea.
The room opens onto a balcony, from where you can also enjoy this view and watch fantastic sunsets over the sea.
From the two terraces of Casa Giulia, you have got a view of the sea, too.
The roofed, north-facing terrace is the perfect place to relax in the shade.
On the south-facing terrace, you can relax either in the sun or in the shade of the olive trees and it is the place for your barbecue and pizza evenings (grill and stone oven).
The terrace is adorned with a whole variety of plants in earthenware vessels.
The sloping property is planted with beautiful old olive trees.
Every here and there, a bench invites you to sit down and linger for a while.
Casa Giulia is reached via a residents-only road with little traffic.
You can park your car next to the house on the fenced premises. FURTHER INFORMATION The sandy beach is at a walking distance of 800 m from Casa Giulia, the center of Marina di Camerota is 1 km off.
Marina di Camerota, 6 km below the medieval town of Camerota, has remained a lively southern Italian fishing village.
The bars are still the meeting points of half the village population; in the evenings, people stroll along the well-tended promenade at the harbor.
In the narrow alleys, you sometimes still come across old women and men leading donkeys burdened with purchases or firewood.
