The 80 m² apartment offers a beautiful terrace with Mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture, a bright living room, a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with a large double bed, light real wood and rattan furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate WC. The apartment is ideal for 2 people.
Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private parking space directly at the house are available. Our apartment is located in the romantic green belt with ponds, forests, and moraine hills of Lindau, just 3 km from Lindau Island and Lake Constance.
The Weissenberger See is 1.1 km away.
From here, beautiful hiking and cycling trails with fantastic viewpoints lead to Lake Constance and the idyllic hinterland.
Perfect for cycling enthusiasts, hikers, and anyone seeking peace and quiet. With the guest card, you can use the air-conditioned city bus, which stops just 2 minutes away and runs every half hour to all Lindau districts, such as the historic island, the lakeside, or the villa quarter.
The bus connects with trains and regional buses. By car, you can quickly reach Bregenz, the Pfänder, Switzerland with the Appenzell region, and many other attractions around Lake Constance and in the Allgäu. Travel times are between 20 and 60 minutes. Good to know: Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ist sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen einfach perfekt um einen entspannten Urlaub zu erleben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die FeWo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (kein FeWo-Kitsch), hell und großzügig geschnitten, zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage, etwas im Hinterland von Lindau, lädt sowohl zu Ausflügen an den See als auch in die sehr schöne Umgebung ein. Bus-Haltestelle um die Ecke. Im Nachbarort gut bürgerliche Gasthäus...
