The 4,000 m², partly rocky property of Villa Cala Fortuna stretches right up to the steep coast of the Infreschi marine nature park.
It is planted with centuries-old olive trees, palm trees, and Mediterranean macchia: pure southern Italy! The spacious holiday home of the Amodio family consists of the Casa Principale ("main house") and two side annex apartments.
The furnishings of Villa Cala Fortuna are in a tasteful country house style with some antique furniture. YOUR STYLISH HOLIDAY HOME IN SOUTHERN ITALY GROUND FLOOR - The separate "in muratura" (brick-built) kitchen of the Casa Principale is adorned with handmade wall tiles. The heart of the villa is the approx. 80 m² living/dining room.
In its center, a stylish, open fireplace divides the room into living and dining areas.
From both areas, you have access to the covered terrace and the garden.
Amidst palm trees, you can spend wonderful holiday days here with a view of the impressive steep coast.
Outdoor furniture is available for you in the entire outdoor area of the villa. 1ST FLOOR - Traditional ovens made of Florentine terracotta adorn the two spacious double bedrooms (one with a French bed), each with its own bathroom.
The larger of the two bedrooms has space for an extra bed. From both rooms, you have access to the over 150 m² three-sided roof terrace, offering a wonderful sea view. ANNEX APARTMENT – The two annex apartments are accessible from the living/dining room but each has a separate external entrance. The right annex apartment, available for an additional rental, has 2 bedrooms (double bed; two single beds) and a bathroom. The discreet owners, who handle key handover and garden maintenance, occasionally use the left annex apartment. You can park your car on the property. EXPERIENCE THE CILENTO – DIRECTLY FROM YOUR HOLIDAY HOME Directly from the holiday home, you can walk along the coast to the nearby Lentiscelle beach (900 m) or hike to the bathing coves of Cala Fortuna and Porto Infreschi.
These can only be reached by boat or on foot (yellow-blue markers) and have been among Italy's most beautiful beaches for many years. The center of Marina di Camerota and the nearest shops are about 2 km from the villa.
Here you will find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, which are open year-round. Pets at a fee Deposit: 200 Euros - to be paid locally upon arrival. Visitor's tax to be paid locally: Oct. – May €0.50 /person per day; June – Sept. €1 /person per day; Children under 10 years free.
