Layout of our chalet: On the ground floor, you'll find our fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, oven, Nespresso machine, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, coffee and dinnerware set, pots and pans, electric kettle, dishwasher, electric stove with induction, and a kitchen counter with 2 bar stools.
The open-plan living area with a dining table for 6 people is directly adjacent.
The house features 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds, and 1 additional sleeping option on the comfortable sofa bed on the 1st floor.
The house has 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.
The 1st floor is dedicated to the wellness area.
This area includes 2 wellness loungers and an infrared cabin, as well as the cozy sofa bed.
This space invites you to relax, especially on bad weather days, and plush bathrobes with sauna towels complete the wellness experience.
In the outdoor area on the terrace, you'll find our hot tub for relaxation.

Spend your vacation in our stylish, newly furnished wooden house of 100 sqm and enjoy the tranquility and the magnificent view of the Klausenturm and the Ochsenkopf.
With the booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total travel cost is due.
You are also welcome to transfer the full travel amount.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before departure.
Free cancellations are possible up to 4 weeks before departure.
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total price.
Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: 90% of the total price.
In case of no-show or shortened stay, the full price is payable.
CHECK-IN: On the day of arrival, the chalet is available from 4:00 PM.
Please inform us of your arrival time by phone at least one hour in advance (mobile no. 0160/8364940).
CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure, the chalet is available until 11:00 AM.
