Wonderful house of 90 sqm can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a refined period building (steps to access). The property is located in a historic area, at the door of Siena city (1.3 km); a short walk from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, three bathrooms and large shared courtyard.

The courtyard and the outdoor area equipped with table and chairs is shared with other apartments.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


A surcharge of EUR 20.00 will be applied for check-ins between 20:00 and 21:00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

After 21:00, self check-in will be carried out ONLY. Further information will be provided after booking.
