CAMBO, C218: in a recent residence, 20 minutes walk from the city center and the thermal baths, comfortable 2-room apartment in a quiet area composed of a main room including a semi-open equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, etc.), a living/dining room with 1 sofa, TV, dining area, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet. Terrace with small garden. 1 private parking space.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not compliant, or that our services have forgotten to report. If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to check that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
