Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed and storage space. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) next to the living room and a large balcony; the second bedroom has two single beds (90cm) side by side (which can also be joined to make a queen-size bed (160cm); and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an espresso machine with a percolator and a filter coffee maker.
All other equipment is also modern and new, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and features a modern walk-in shower and a towel warmer. The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that residents appreciate year-round.
