Welcome to our accommodation, we offer you on our farm and sawmill - the Lochmühle - a favorable private accommodation, gladly also for one night. A separate guest kitchen and a lounge with TV is available as well as a playground for your children. The nearby Teisenberg with the famous "Stoißer Alm" invites you with the numerous hiking trails to a discovery tour. You can also "experience" our local mountain by mountain bike. Salzburg, the nearby Chiemsee and Berchtesgaden with the famous Königssee are also quickly accessible and always worth a trip.

The mentioned prices do not include the health resort fee of EUR 1,00 per person/night for adults. Youths from 12-17 years pay the reduced fee of EUR 0,50 and children up to 11 years are exempt from the health resort fee.

Our house is located not far from the highway exit Neukirchen and yet very quiet. You drive on the state road Neukirchen in the direction of Teisendorf, at the end of Neukirchen turn right and pass the gas station, follow the sign Lochmühle about 1.5 km and you are directly in front of our mill/sawmill. You are very welcome!

Bei der Ankunft sah man das schöne Haus. Zimmer sehr sauber genauso wie der Aufenthaltsraum.
Frau Strehhuber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ihre Tips, gerade zum Thema Wandern, waren absolut super.
Das Frühstück war, für meine Frau und mich, sehr reichhaltig und gut.
Zimmer etwas älter eingerichtet, Bad etwas klein.
Die Unterkunft hat in allem meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen

Das Haus liegt ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen, sowohl mit dem Rad als auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um sich ein Essen zuzubereiten. Ich konnte spontan einen Tag verlängern und komme bestimmt wieder.
Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden!!!

Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, das Frühstück in Ordnung.
Die Bad im Zimmer ist extrem klein, da macht Duschen keinen Spaß. Die Tür ist so klapprig, da hört und riecht jeder im Zimmer alles mit.
Die Lage ist alles andere als ruhig, man hört 24/7 die Autobahn.
Es gab sehr viele Mücken, aber keinen Fliegenschutz vorm Fenster.
